Fee Schedule for Accounts Established On or After June 20, 2018 (Not Purchased at Walmart)

GETTING STARTED FEE
Monthly Membership Fee* $8.95. Waived in any monthly billing cycle in which your account receives payroll or government direct deposits totaling at least $500

For all GoBank accounts, you must be at least 18 years of age.
* Your first Monthly Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your account 30 days after you open an account.

DEPOSITING MONEY FEE
Cash Deposit Fee (adding cash at the register of participating retailers) Up to $4.95

Cash deposits are limited to $2,500 per day and $3,000 per 30 days, subject to a maximum account balance of $50,000.

GETTING CASH FEE
In-Network ATM Withdrawal For Cards registered before December 1, 2021: 4 free per calendar month, $3.00 per transaction thereafter

For Cards registered on or after December 1, 2021: $0

“In-Network” refers to all ATMs in our network that are surcharge-free. To find an in-network ATM, check our Website or Mobile App.

Foreign Transaction Fee (purchases from foreign websites and merchants)*** 3% of total transaction amount

Regular Delivery Replacement Card Fee (for Lost, Stolen or Damaged Card) $5.00 for replacement Card delivered on a non-expedited basis (generally within 7-10 business days)
Expedited Delivery Replacement Card Fee (for Lost, Stolen or Damaged Card) $15.00 for replacement Card delivered on an expedited basis (generally within 4 business days). Charged in addition to the Card replacement fee for regular delivery.
Funding Transaction Fee The greater of $0.25 or 1.75% of the amount transferred, rounded to the nearest cent, up to a maximum of $25.00 per transfer. This fee is charged when you make a Funding Transaction involving an external account.

Other products and services may be offered for a fee and may require additional customer verification as well as your acceptance of those applicable fees, terms and conditions.

* If you purchase a GoBank package at a retailer, your first Monthly Membership Fee will be assessed upon the earlier of: (i) the first use of your Card, (ii) the day after you register your Card, or (iii) 90 days after the date you purchased your package, if you do not register your Card. If you sign up for your account online (without having purchased a card at a retailer), your first monthly billing cycle lasts for 30 days and begins on the date you activate your Personalized Card. Each subsequent billing cycle will end on the same day of the month each month. If a Monthly Membership Fee is applicable, it will be assessed on the first day of your second monthly billing cycle and each month thereafter. Each monthly period begins the day your Monthly Membership Fee is assessed and ends the day before the next Monthly Membership Fee is due to be assessed.

** When you use an ATM outside of our network, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator in addition to our fee.

*** This fee is in addition to any other fee that may apply to your transaction. Please note use of your Card outside of the U.S. will be limited; see Section 7.e. titled “Foreign Transactions” for more information.
